Announcements and events are posted to the front users' page at the discretion of the Internal Communications manager (DG-CO). Please complete this form to send a request via email; you will need a valid CERN email address to proceed.

Help on posting announcements
Announcements should not be confused with events: if you want to tell people about, say, a lecture, please list this as an event. Examples of announcements are:
- 'Deadline for group budget submission has been extended'
- 'Entrance B will be closed on Monday'
- 'Administrative procedures handbook updated'
Announcements are posted to the users' page for a maximum of one week (this is extended only in exceptional circumstances).
Help on posting events
Indico is CERN's event management tool. Please suggest an event here only to advertise the event to a wider audience - you must still post to Indico.
If your event is of interest to a very specific audience it is unlikely to be selected for inclusion on the users' homepage; priority is given to events with a broad appeal to the CERN community.
